Necton All Saints

1833 – 2013

You just might have heard Necton All Saints Bell ringers celebrate an important anniversary on Tuesday 30 July. Our bells were 180 years old!

Recent research has uncovered the fact that these bells were first rung on Tuesday 30th July 1883. Thanks go to 17 local ringers who, despite very short notice, turned out to make a joyful sound to mark the occasion. We even put flags out in the bell ringing chamber (and had cake) before repairing to the Windmill for further celebrations.
